Shipping to Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB) is a $10 flat rate and is sent via Xpresspost. Shipping to the rest of Canada (ON, QC, NB, NS, PE, NL) including the Territories (YT, NT, NU) is a $15 flat rate and is sent via Xpresspost.

All orders over $50 get free shipping. We also offer free local pickup at any of our 3 Edmonton, AB locations.

Orders placed Monday - Friday will usually ship out within 24 hours - this means that from the time you place your order to the time that your package ships, we are working hard to get your order through our process. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will actually leave our facility on Monday, which is the next available day for Canada Post. Canada Post does not ship packages during any of the major Canadian holidays. All orders placed during holidays may be processed on the next available business day. Although we strive to maintain these guidelines, there are inevitably times that order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day it might be expected.

*A note on local pickups: Orders placed 7 days a week will usually be available for pick up in store the next day. Orders received by 8am can usually be sent to the stores for pickup the same day. You will get an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.

*A note on shipping: Xpresspost is a service of Canada Post and defines the amount of time in which it will take to be delivered to you once we ship it out - it does not, however, define the amount of time it will take for us to process your order. Although we do process orders as quickly as possible by moving them to the front of the line, please do not expect to receive your order within 24hrs of placing it.

*A note on undeliverable or returned packages: If the package is undeliverable / returned, the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded.

For large orders, please expect an extended turn around time of 2 standard business days dependent on the size of your order.

Order confirmations will be emailed to the address you have on file. If you have not received a confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder in case of redirection by your email provider.

A 2nd email will be sent with tracking information when your order ships. Shipping times may vary based on conditions and do not include order processing time. If your order is for local pickup, the 2nd email will let you know that your order is ready for pickup at the location you selected.

All shipping is done via Canada Post.

At River City Vapes, we pride ourselves on our customer service, that customer service doesn't end once we've shipped your package. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 30 day return or exchange policy on any unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging.

After the 30 day return period ends, we will certainly try our best to solve problems that may arise after the warranty period has elapsed. We understand you have many choices when it comes to vape shops and we appreciate that you have chosen River City Vapes and value your patronage. We strive to be as reasonable and fair as possible and hope to get the same from our customers.

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-liquids, coils, used tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc), with the exception of manufacturing problems.


Our 90 day warranty starts based on the delivery date of the products. Defective products can be replaced with the same product as long as you still have the original packaging and receipt. In the event of a warranty, it is the responsibility of the customer to absorb the cost of shipping the item back to River City Vapes and River City Vapes assume all cost in returning the defective item(s) to the customer. Shipping cost incurred by the customer is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?

  • E-liquids, Atomizers (coils), Tanks, Rebuild-able products (wick, wire), batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips
  • Any other accessory on the device itself (and not listed above) is NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair.
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse.
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused from improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty, unless it is found to be a manufacturing problem.
  • Loss or damage due to missing components.
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush), unless it is found to be a manufacturing problem.
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons, unless it is found to be a manufacturing problem.
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period.

What is covered by our Warranty?

  • LED screen issues.
  • Charging port issues.
  • Battery issues. (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions.

Missing Items in Shipment
Though we try to limit the number of errors made during the fulfillment process, it can occur. If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service by contacting us and letting us know about the problem so we can get it straightened out as soon as possible.

Product Exchanges
Items that are received DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, can be exchanged for the exact same item, in the exact same colour. The only time we won't be able to exchange a product is if we no longer actively stock and sell the item.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items
All clearance, final sale, or "as is" marked items are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Our 30 day return policy does not include coverage of accidents and user errors such as over-tightening atomizers, stripping threads, broken glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, not adhering to manufacturer provided usage instructions, or any misuse of products, electronic or mechanical.

We do not accept returns for normal product wear and tear, for example cosmetic blemishes or natural patina. Please note that the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded.
